Art Exhibit at the National Watch & Clock Museum


Five local artists will be displaying artwork at the National Watch & Clock Museum’s October 2009 event “Wines & Chimes”. The fundraising event will be on Friday, October 23, 2009 from 6-9 p.m. at the National Watch & Clock Museum in Columbia, Pennsylvania. Click Here for the NAWC “Wines & Chimes” event webpage.

“Join us for an evening of fine local wines, food and music as you enjoy exploring the National Watch & Clock Museum, Library & Research Center’s exhibits and collections. The Museum’s regular galleries include some of the finest timepieces in North America, and there are currently two special exhibits for viewing as well. Special exhibits include Time & Exploration and Sense of Time. Museum admission is included and each wine taster will receive a commemorative wine glass. In addition to the Museum’s exhibits, artwork inspired by the Museum collection will be available for sale courtesy of Parlor Gallery, 320 Laurel Street, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Tickets are $25.00 for those sampling and $15.00 for those not sampling. Tickets may be reserved in advance at www.nawccstore.org.”
